Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the Antena iOS app, website, and related services.
1. What Antena Provides
Antena is a visual journal for writing, reflection, generated paintings, daily insights, and weekly letters. The app is intended for personal reflection and creative self-understanding.
Antena is not a medical device, therapist, healthcare provider, emergency service, or crisis support service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
If you may harm yourself or someone else, or if you are experiencing a crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement with us and must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to use online services. Antena is not intended for children under 13.
3. Accounts
Antena may use anonymous preview accounts and linked accounts through supported sign-in providers such as Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity under your account.
If you delete your Antena account, we will delete live Antena account and content data as described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not cancel an active App Store subscription.
4. Subscriptions And Billing
Some Antena features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, according to Apple's rules and the plan shown at purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple Subscriptions. Deleting the app or deleting your Antena account does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
5. Your Content
You keep ownership of the journal entries, reflection inputs, and other content you submit to Antena. You give Antena the permission needed to host, store, process, display, and transform your content so we can provide the service, including generated paintings, insights, and weekly letters.
You are responsible for the content you submit and must not submit content that violates the law or the rights of others.
6. Generated Outputs
Antena uses AI systems to generate reflections, letters, image prompts, and paintings. Generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to outputs generated for others. They are provided for personal reflection and creative use, not professional, medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with Antena;
- bypass access controls, subscription checks, safety limits, or rate limits;
- attempt to access another user's data;
- use Antena to violate law or third-party rights;
- use automated systems to create accounts, generate content, or extract data without permission;
- upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe it is necessary to protect Antena, our users, or the service.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information. By using Antena, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9. App Store Terms
If you downloaded Antena from the Apple App Store, Apple's terms and policies also apply. Apple is not responsible for Antena's content, support, or operation except as required by Apple's applicable terms.
10. Service Availability
We work to keep Antena reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, pause, or stop as the product evolves.
11. Intellectual Property
Antena, including its app design, software, brand, systems, and non-user content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of Antena's software, brand, or service.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antena is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
13. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antena will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide notice through the app, website, or email where appropriate.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, except where your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
